[Anchor:]  "Last question, related to what you just said, about the vision.  The vision in the Arab world is that there will be occupation forces in Iraq . . . How does the United States administration see the future of Iraq?"

RICE:
"Iraq is a special case, because it violated U.N. resolutions frequently and sanctions have been imposed on it several times.  Our intentions are to help the Iraqi people liberate themselves.
