Attempting to calculate Sen. Barack Obama’s way to win, one begins again with a sizable bloc of Democratic electoral votes. The next logical step is how to add to them while maximizing ways the campaign benefits the nation.

 
As in the previous post, one begins with the fact that solidly Democratic votes in the Electoral College substantially exceed solidly Republican electoral votes.
