The narrative below was passed along by former CIA officer Larry C. Johnson, whom I first heard testifying in a panel before Congress on the Plame leak case. Johnson and several other former CIA personnel have already written an open letter to George Tenet on the occasion of Tenet’s current book tour/television appearances.
