The corporate blog at abc.com is currently focused on the upcoming ABC miniseries, its docudrama about 9/11. Most of the arguments that can be read here have already been aired.

One point does need making. One problem the network fell into was the fundamental error of seeing arguments over administration counterterrorism as a matter of two administrations, Bush versus Clinton.

As a writer puts it, "This miniseries is balanced in its presentation. We focus on weaknesses and mistakes of both administrations so that we can learn from them."

This is the angle being played up intensely by the rightwing noise machine.
