Please send this to the President of Nextel at Cooperate office?

Dear Nextel President,

I have been with Nextel only a very short time and I am too very dissatisfied!

I would like to have my money back with good credit ratings also.

If you read all the notes about my account you will understand why. 972-636-3575 

  I have never been more dissatisfied with any company in my entire 50 years of life.

Just about the time I believe your employees are going to do me right my phone gets cut off again.

I rarely call anyone except to call them and spend one second of my minutes to tell them to call me back and then every weekend I have had this phone when my service is suppose to be free  it has been disconnected wrongly by your employees and I have not got to enjoy my free weekend time once. Therefore your employees have broken my contract by doing this.

I have been patient and kind about this all from day one as you can have this verified by your rare very good employees at GreenvilleTexas.

GreenvilleTexas office are the very sweetest people I have met but your billing department has a very big problem that I am tired of dealing with.

I will tell you that from the beginning of my service my first bill showed to be extremely high and it was found to be that I was being charged for a plan on the internet that had been cancelled out from your service a long time ago I was told, so they did remove this one.  This is only one unbelievable mistake of your employees.

I explained from the beginning of my service with Nextel that I am on a limited income of social security and that it was important for me to have my phone due to my disabilities and I told them that the only reason I choose Nextel was because people could call me at no charge yet I have already been advised to move up a step on a better plan that cost a bit more and I am all the time though wondering " why" should I have to move up when I rarely even use the phone to talk on because I got this phone so I could tell people to call me so I would not ever go over my minutes!

Your company advertises that they do not charge for people to call us Nextel customers yet this is what they have to be doing to me.

I do not even understand "why" you have any business if your employees do everyone as they do me and therefore I have asked around as I am an advocate on the net and have 10,000 in just one of our groups and I was repeatedly told by near every Nextel customer that they have to fight every month over the incorrect bills your company sends out every month to others also.

I nor anyone else should continue being abused this way.

Please investigate my bills carefully and please get back with me ASAP?
